LiveTVFlow — livetvflow.com operates strictly and exclusively as a legitimate distributor and reseller of subscriptions to licensed IPTV and OTT services. We do not in any way host, stream, store, transmit, or make available audiovisual content. All content delivery occurs directly from the servers of original licensed providers.

1 Introduction

LiveTVFlow (referred to as the "Site," "we," "our," or "us") operates strictly and exclusively as a legitimate distributor and reseller of subscriptions to licensed IPTV and OTT services. The nature of our business is entirely commercial and focused on authorized resales of subscriptions provided by lawful and licensed upstream service providers.

We do not host, stream, store, transmit, or make available audiovisual content such as television channels, movies, live events, video files, music libraries, or any other protected media files. All content delivery occurs directly from the servers and infrastructure of the original licensed providers with whom we maintain lawful commercial arrangements.

2 Statement of Non-Hosting and Non-Streaming

LiveTVFlow does not host any channels, does not provide any video-on-demand libraries, does not stream live events, and does not offer films or television series for direct access from our servers. Our infrastructure is limited to commercial interfaces — primarily a website that processes subscription sales, renewals, and related customer services — without any technical role in the broadcasting or hosting of content.

Users who subscribe through us receive their service streams directly from the lawful upstream providers. We do not possess, manage, or operate the servers that hold, broadcast, or deliver the audiovisual works.

3 Our Business Model — Licensed Subscription Reselling

Our commercial model is strictly confined to licensed reselling. We provide customers with the ability to purchase, renew, or extend subscriptions to legitimate IPTV and OTT providers. We do not generate or fabricate access codes independently, we do not distribute unauthorized credentials, and we do not resell pirated access. Every subscription sold through us is backed by an upstream licensed provider operating under lawful agreements.

4 Licensed Providers We Partner With

The providers with whom we partner are well-known, licensed platforms operating under proper contracts and legal frameworks. Examples include Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, Sling TV, FuboTV, Pluto TV, Tubi, The Roku Channel, and Xumo Play. Each of these providers independently controls its catalog of channels, movies, and shows. We neither modify nor replicate their content; we merely resell their subscriptions.

Disputes about catalogs, programming, or licensing must be directed at those providers, as they are the ones who control content delivery.

5 Transparency and Anti-Evasion Practices

LiveTVFlow conducts its business through a single official domain, livetvflow.com, and does not operate mirror sites, shadow domains, or secondary evasive infrastructures. We do not rotate domains to avoid enforcement, do not hide behind cloaking mechanisms, and do not engage in blackhat practices. Unlike unlawful operators who deliberately obscure their identity, we remain stable, transparent, and lawfully established.

6 Definitions

7 Governing Legal Framework

Although we do not host content, we voluntarily adhere to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This legislation provides the framework for Notices, Counter-Notices, safe harbor, and liability for misrepresentation. We align with its structure to protect intellectual property owners and equally to protect ourselves from abusive, misdirected, or baseless complaints.

8 Designated Agent

In full compliance with § 512(c)(2), we designate the following agent to receive DMCA Notices:

LiveTVFlow — Legal Department
Business Office: United States (by appointment)
Email: support@livetvflow.com

This is the official and exclusive contact for DMCA-related issues.

9 Method of Delivery

All Notices must be delivered to the designated agent by email. Any Notices delivered by alternative channels such as social media platforms, web forms, or unrelated emails will not be deemed received until confirmed by our Legal Department.

10 Valid DMCA Notice Requirements

For a Notice to be valid under § 512(c)(3), it must include:

Vague or incomplete Notices, or Notices that claim our entire website "infringes" without specific URL references, are invalid.

11 Burden of Proof

The burden of proof rests entirely with the complainant. We expect documentary evidence of ownership or authorization, including copyright registration certificates, license agreements, or written agency authorizations. Bare allegations without evidence will be rejected outright.

12 Acknowledgment and Initial Review

Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we acknowledge receipt within 48 hours. We then review the Notice carefully to confirm whether the allegation is applicable to us. In the overwhelming majority of cases, because we do not host or stream, the Notice is misdirected and must be rejected or referred to the actual licensed provider.

13 Action Timeline and Removals

If a Notice is substantiated and relates specifically to material under our control (for example, a marketing image mistakenly used without license), we act within 48 hours or less to remove or disable access. However, if the Notice concerns streaming, channels, movies, or videos, we have no capacity to remove or disable them because we do not host them; in such cases, the Notice is rejected.

14 Third-Party Hosting and Responsibility

All audiovisual content that users access through subscriptions purchased from us is delivered exclusively by third-party licensed providers. These providers operate the servers, control the programming, and manage the catalogs. We do not control their servers. Therefore, any infringement claims regarding channels, shows, or movies must be directed to them, not to us.

15 Counter-Notice Procedure

If content under our control is removed in error, the affected party may submit a Counter-Notice including:

Upon receipt, we comply with § 512(g), including restoration within 10–14 business days unless the claimant initiates legal proceedings.

16 Repeat Infringer Policy

We do not permit user uploads at present. However, should we ever allow user-contributed content in the future, we will implement a strict repeat infringer policy, suspending or terminating accounts that repeatedly infringe, in compliance with § 512(i).

17 Misrepresentation Liability — § 512(f)

Knowingly submitting false or misleading Notices is unlawful under § 512(f). Anyone filing a bad-faith Notice may be liable for damages, attorney's fees, and costs incurred by us. We retain all communications to pursue recovery against misrepresentations.

18 Abusive Claims

Abusive claims include generic complaints with no URLs, competitor-driven harassment, and repetitive resubmission of previously rejected Notices. Such actions will not succeed in causing us to disable lawful business activities and may expose the filer to legal action.

19 Competitor Misuse

We are aware that unlawful IPTV operators sometimes misuse the DMCA process to suppress lawful resellers. If such misuse occurs, we preserve evidence, report the abuse to appropriate authorities, and consider civil litigation.

20 Transparency and Cooperation

We maintain comprehensive logs of all Notices and Counter-Notices. We cooperate with courts, registrars, and authorities when legally required. This transparency demonstrates our commitment to lawful operations.

21 Disclaimer of Liability

We disclaim liability for the catalogs, licensing arrangements, service availability, restrictions, or policies of licensed providers. We are a point of lawful distribution only.

22 Non-Endorsement of Piracy

We categorically reject and avoid any relationship with pirated IPTV services, unlicensed resellers, or unauthorized streaming platforms.

23 Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, attorney's fees, and costs under U.S. law against abusive claimants or those who misrepresent facts in Notices.

24 Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States.

25 Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in U.S. federal or state courts, with federal jurisdiction where applicable.

26 Alternative Dispute Resolution

We encourage mediation and negotiation prior to litigation. However, we reserve the right to pursue immediate judicial relief for abusive or false claims.

27 Preservation of Evidence

We preserve all communications, headers, and metadata related to Notices. This evidence may be used in court against those who file abusive or false claims.

28 Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically. The Effective Date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of updated terms.

29 Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights

We respect the rights of creators and rights holders. We cooperate with legitimate claims and act swiftly when genuine issues are identified. At the same time, we vigorously defend ourselves against false or harassing claims.

30 Closing Statement

LiveTVFlow is a lawful reseller and distributor of subscriptions only. We do not host, stream, store, or transmit copyrighted works. All content originates from licensed providers. Any Notice alleging otherwise is misplaced. We comply with the DMCA in good faith but will not tolerate misuse of the process.
